Conditions

• Pool hours: 11 am to 7 pm.
• The reservation will be held until 12:30 pm and will be considered canceled after that time. In case of delay, please contact us or your reservation will be considered a "No Show".
• For changes to your reservation, please contact reception before your arrival to confirm availability again. (+34 871.038.018 during hours from 11 am to 7 pm)
• To ensure a location in the same set of sunbeds, we kindly ask groups with different reservations/payments to indicate this in the comments or by contacting our reception (+34 871038018 during hours from 11 am to 7 pm) 24 hours in advance.
• Pool access is exclusive for sunbed users.
• Pool and sunbed use is for adults only (over 15 years old). No person without an assigned sunbed may use the pool.
• All our sunbeds are pre-assigned, and specific sunbeds are not guaranteed.
• For health reasons, pets are not allowed on the sunbeds and/or in the pool.
• Mhares Sea Club is a food and beverage selling point and does not accept food or drinks from outside the premises.
• An invoice cannot be issued without the receipt for all consumptions.

• No refunds or reimbursements are allowed.
• In case of RAIN at Mhares Sea Club on the day of the reservation, you may change your reservation to another date (subject to availability) or cancel it by calling +34 871 038 018.
